Order information: When you make a purchase, we record the items ordered, order total, coupon codes used, and payment status. We also store which channel credentials have been assigned to your account.
Usage data: We may collect standard web analytics data such as pages visited, browser type, and IP address for the purpose of improving our services.
4. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect or store any cryptocurrency wallet addresses, private keys, or detailed payment transaction data. All cryptocurrency payment processing is handled entirely by our third-party payment processor, NOWPayments. We only receive payment confirmation status (e.g., paid, expired) from NOWPayments.

- Deliver purchased channel credentials to your dashboard

We retain your account information and order history for as long as your account is active. Channel credentials assigned to your account remain accessible in your dashboard indefinitely. Order records are retained for 6 years after purchase for tax and legal compliance purposes, even after account deletion. Authentication session data is deleted automatically upon logout. If you wish to delete your account, please contact us at support@tubeaccs.com. Note that deleting your account will permanently remove access to your purchased channel credentials.
10. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and row-level security on our database. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
