Welcome to TubeAccs ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website at tubeaccs.com (the "Site") and purchasing any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site or purchase any products. By using the Site or making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
2. Products and Services
TubeAccs sells aged YouTube channel accounts. Upon successful payment, you will receive login credentials (email, password, and any available recovery information) for the purchased channel(s) via your account dashboard. Channels are assigned from our available inventory on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. No Refunds Policy & Right of Withdrawal Waiver
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate delivery of account credentials, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(m), you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content upon purchase completion and acknowledge that you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. This waiver is confirmed via the mandatory consent checkbox at checkout.
4. Payment
All payments are processed exclusively in cryptocurrency through our third-party payment processor, NOWPayments. We accept approximately 10 popular cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, BNB, SOL, DOGE, and XRP. Prices are listed in USD, and the equivalent cryptocurrency amount is calculated at the time of payment. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, or any fiat payment methods.
You are responsible for ensuring the correct amount of cryptocurrency is sent. Underpayments or payments that expire will not be fulfilled, and we are not responsible for lost or misdirected cryptocurrency transactions.
5. Account Delivery
Once your cryptocurrency payment is confirmed on the blockchain, channel credentials will be automatically assigned and made available in your TubeAccs dashboard. Delivery times depend on blockchain confirmation speeds and typically range from a few minutes to one hour.
After delivery, you are solely responsible for securing the account credentials. We recommend immediately changing the password and recovery information. We are not responsible for any loss of access after credentials have been delivered.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use purchased channels for any illegal activity
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with our Site or services
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent any restrictions
- Resell or redistribute account credentials obtained through our Site without authorization
- Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that any purchased YouTube channel will remain active, will not be suspended by YouTube, or will maintain any specific features, subscriber count, or monetization status. YouTube may change their policies at any time, and we have no control over their platform decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TubeAccs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your TubeAccs account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
